Restaurant/Bar Manager (Edwardsville)
Applicant must have an understanding and willingness to learn all FOH & BOH operations and be able to work every position in the restaurant and pitch in when necessary. Applicant must have the ability to perform under pressure and communicate effectively with staff and management. This position will work closely with the owner, chef, and marketing staff to help cultivate a cohesive team environment with successful business tactics.
Guest service is of paramount importance to us. Day to day responsibilities include labor and cost control, inventory tracking and employee scheduling and coaching.
