	Work with department heads to create training programs to educate facilities, transportation providers, and other clients <br>
	Assign compliance training as needed to meet State, Federal, and client requirements<br>
	Administer on-line training site including creation and deletions of user profiles<br>
	Develop criteria for tracking and evaluating effectiveness of training initiatives<br>
	Provide Director of Human Resources and other department heads with monthly and ad hoc reporting requirements<br>
	Administer courses based on topics set forth by management<br>
	Support other operational department staff on training projects as necessary<br>
	Implement goals to maximize current on-line training system<br>
	Position may require both local and overnight travel<br>

QUALIFICATIONS:   <br>
	Excellent public relations, presentation, customer service, and interviewing skills<br>
	Strong knowledge of, and ability to learn, complex software programs<br>
	Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and procedural guides<br>

	Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team<br>
	Strong, thorough knowledge and understanding of MTM services and the ability to gain knowledge of general staff responsibilities in other departments<br>

	Ability to track and trend training requirements<br>
	Must be able to interact in a professional manner with individuals at all levels throughout the organization and with external clients<br>
	Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<br>
	Ability to maintain confidentiality<br>
	High School Diploma and some college coursework required<br>
	Bachelors in education preferred or equivalent experience<br>
	Experience with web-based software recommended.  Lectora preferred<br>
	Two years experience in corporate training and/or communications required<br>

 This HR Manager position will serve in a generalist capacity, providing leadership for approximately 250 employees, in the effective administration of human resources services and programs with an emphasis in the area of employee relations. The HR Manager will be responsible for the human resources function which will include: staff recruitment and selection, compensation and classification, employee benefits including FSA, HRA and 401K, human resource policies, record keeping, employee relations, payroll functions (Paychex and Kronos), and unemployment and workers compensation.<br>

 Our ideal HR professional will have at least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience (3 of which have been in a supervisory capacity), with a Bachelor's degree, or higher, and a PHR or SPHR Certification is highly preferred.
