Sunn 118V Coliseum Bass cab (Des Peres) $350

Great-sounding vintage Sunn cabinet from the early 1970s. Very good cosmetic condition with a classic full sound.

The Vega speaker was professionally rebuilt in May 2006 using a factory Cerwin-Vega recone kit, and the cab has not been gigged (probably less than 45 hours on it altogether). Impedance 4 ohms, power rating 300 watts RMS.

Dimensions are 30x30x15 (excluding casters) and the cab weighs 115 lbs. Grill cloth was removed and cleaned also in 2006 - it sparkles like new. Custom-made padded cover (a $70 value) included.

This is the "bottom" cab of the original Coliseum Bass rig; my buddy who owned the "top" cab already sold his on Ebay for $400 so my price is firm. Local buyers only, cash only.

the output transformer has been upgraded to a mercury magnetics (by a professional shop) and it sounds much better than a stock TSL. this was done a couple of years ago. never had any problems with this amp.

I started repairing and modifying cymbals several years ago. I've worked on every brand, type, and era of cymbals imaginable. From prewar and post-stamp Zildjians, to Zildjian ZBT's. I do all of the work by hand whether it's hammering, or lathe work. This was originally a Paiste 502 ride with a pretty nasty edge crack. How someone ever managed to crack a B8 alloy ride of all things is beyond me. B8 cymbals can sound surprisingly good. I usually have to do a lot of hammering to get them to sound good, but surprisingly, I didn't have to hammer this one. Paiste has ALWAYS had the best B8 cymbals. The 2002 series is proof of that. The 18" china I have on my own kit that was originally a Paiste 400 power ride is also proof that Paiste's B8 alloy IS quite good. This 16" is a good sounding crash. It will never be mistaken for a Zildjian K or a Paiste signature, but it's still a good playable crash. It is a fairly heavy crash. I left it heavy because B8 does work better when it's heavier. I have a Crate MX120R 2x12 Combo Amp I'm looking to trade. It's in excellent condition, and includes a Footswitch and a 20ft Footswitch Cable. Everything looks great and works great. 120watts, sounds absolutely beautiful. I'd like to trade for either a Marshall Combo amp (100Watts) or Preferably a Half Stack (Marshall, Crate, or Line 6, 50+ Watts) I'm just looking for something a little different. Not a huge fan of Combo Amps. Can't sell, because I have no other amp.

I also have a 1980s Aria Pro II Strat Style Guitar. It's yellow, has 3 EMGs [S,S,H], a Floyd-Style Locking Tremelo (missing Whammy Bar), Rosewood Board, Maple Neck. Plays great! Fast neck. Everything is original! Can include an old Hard Case for the right offer... Signed by Richie Scarlett (Lead Guitar for Ace Frehley and Sebastian Bach). Make me an offer! Would like to get at least $250 for it, but will consider all offers.

Also have a 70s NON WORKING Telecaster Copy. VERY ROUGH SHAPE. I have the parts for it. Most are original, some are brand new. Bought it as a project guitar and never finished. I have a 2008 Epiphone Les Paul Studio Customshop and a Halfstack for sale. The Les Paul is Alpine White with a black pickguard and a hardshell case. It is practically still brand new. The halfstack is a Crate 120 watt head with clean and dirty channels. It comes with a footswitch. Everything does work on the head but some issues with the footswitch. Up for grabs is a 1980's Guild Pilot 4 string bass. I have been restoring this bass for about a year or so and just never got around to finishing her off. She is in fairly good condition for being 20+ years old. Some fret wear and some light body scratches, nothing through the paint though. All she needs is a good set of PJ pickups, a preamp and some strings and she is good to go. She has a beautiful translucent blue finish over a figured maple body. Maple neck and rosewood fretboard. Fender Jagmaster guitar. Silver Sparkle edition. In excellent condition. Has the better trem than the six screw trems, it has the two screws like a Wilkinson or similar. Was told this is better and it does stay in tune good. Yes the headstock has been refinished black and has a clearcoat and it looks great. A real potential here for customizing or leave as is. Probably not a USA model but neither is the price of 200.00.

Also have a Peavey 100 watt all tube halfstack. Not a mark on it and was used only a couple times at home. This thing is still like brand spankin' new. 100 watt head and 4 12 cab together for 470.00.

67 Fender Blackface Bandmaster Head/Cab (Sale/Trade) (St. Charles)

Collector quality. The head is mint, looks new. AB763 circuit with the tube chart in tact. The chassis is clean and rust free. No tears in the Tolex or grillcloth and no rust on the hardware. No stains on the grillcloth either. Faceplate has no scratches or dents and looks new. I also have the original head cover in very nice shape that goes with it. I don't know if it was ever serviced (caps etc) before my ownership, but it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to have it looked over by a tech since it's 43 years old. It's never gave me any trouble and sounds like it should. I don't have a footswitch but the Vibrato does work.
The cabinet has two new C12N Jensen's that have only a few hours of playtime on them at the most, their not broke in yet. The original 12L6 Oxfords go with it but could probably use reconing. All the original insulation is still in the cabinet also. The cab has no tears or stains in the grillcloth, it's perfect also. The only tear in the Tolex on the cab is on the bottom and nothing is missing just needs gluing down. The top, sides and back of the cab have no Tolex tears. The hardware on the cab shines well and is in amazing shape for it's age but not perfect. The head hold downs and tilt back legs are all in tact. The grillcloth on both match perfectly. The lighting in the pic makes them look a little different. Hard to find a 43 year old amp in this condition.
I would consider trading for the right Gibson USA LP Standard or i will entertain cash offers.

I am the second owner so this guitar hasn't been passed around in the last 10 years. Excellent condition 9.5 out of a 10. No fret wear.The maple fretboard is perfect with no discoloration or chipping. No dents or dings on the body or neck. Only one light scratch that you can't feel on the back of the body approximately 4 inches long that would probably buff out. That's the only thing that keeps it from looking brand new. All electronics function perfectly. Fairly light Strat, probably around 7 lbs.or so. Recent pro setup with new strings. What appears to be a scratch on the upper horn in the first pic is just a reflection. SKB hardshell case included

I recently purchased a Brand New Ibanez Sound Gear 300 DX - black 4 string from Guitar Center For 300 Bucks... I also purchased a Brand New Sterling Ray 34 by Musicman - black 4 string. Paid $675 last month at Guitar center. Both of these are in "like-new" condition.
