General Purpose of the Position (Summary):
This is a full-time
position that manages the client database (operations, maintenance) and
coordinates all training of major software programs used by the firm.
Essential/Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manager Team Services performs a
wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
Primary Duties
- Know and stay current on all aspects of
ClientConnect database program or comparable CRM.
- Develop new ad hoc reports in
ClientConnect as needed
- Liaison to Home Office on all
ClientConnect concerns
- Manage all aspects of House Account Services
system
- Supervise Team Services Representative and
all regular functions of that position
- Formulate and execute software training
program for entire team (all offices/staff and advisors)
- Provide daily user assistance for software
applications
- Devise and implement software solutions as
requested
- Supervise Receptionist and all regular
functions of that position
- Other duties may be assigned to meet the
business needs.

Education,
Training & Experience Required:
- Associates Degree or equivalent
- Four or more years of experience in an
office environment.
- Working knowledge of database management
and computer logic.
Computer
Equipment and Software Requirements:
High
level of proficiency in the use of computer programs:
- Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint
- Databases
- Internet
- CRM
Proficiency
in the use of office equipment:
- Computer
- Voice messaging systems
- Fax
- Photo copier
- Typing of at least 50 wpm
Working Conditions:
- This position requires working in an
office environment.
- This position usually works a standard
work week.
- This position rarely works overtime hours.
- This position involves some travel.
