<description><![CDATA[Please Help.  My grandmother is not doing so well and so I would like to be able to go back to Pennsylvania for a while and take a break from Logan College of Chiropractic.  I cannot afford to break my lease and therefore need someone to help me out and do a sublease per se.  The apartment is located in Kensington West, complete with exercise room, nice outdoor pool with large deck, dog run, internet cafe, movie rentals, and a covered parking spot.  Water, sewer and gas are included in rent, all you have to pay is electric which is about $34 a month.  
<br>
I have a huge 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment complete with full kitchen and plenty of storage.  The living room and bedroom are each 12X18 and the kitchen is a huge 9X11.  The kitchen has large refrigerator, nice oven and stove, and a garbage disposal.  If you could help me out at all I would greatly appreciate it!!!
