I'm about to move out my apartment and willing to rent it out. The property is for sale so if the new owner come around you will have a chance to sign a new lease with the new owner. But I have key and ready to rent it out before I move out. That way I will have someone in here before I go so the squatters are other ppl break into the apartment.
