The Fairmont & Monticello Apartments offer unfurnished studio & unfurnished one-bedroom apartments in both our Fairmont & Monticello buildings. The prices of these apartments range from $765-$1030, depending on the size & the amenities that are included. Our lease terms for new residents range from 6 months up to 12 months (all prices listed below are for a 12-month lease option). Please add $25 to the rental rates quoted below for a 6-11 month lease.
Our buildings offer optional surface gated parking ( Fairmont ) or underground garage parking ( Monticello ) for an additional $80.00 per month (please inquire about space availability as spaces are limited). The utilities included within the rent price are the water, sewer, trash, and gas; therefore, all you have to pay is the electricity. Should you choose to have Internet or cable services, then you will be responsible for those as well. We also offer a fitness facility free of charge, & there are coin-operated laundry & mail facilities in the buildings for your added convenience.
Dogs and cats are welcome! One pet maximum per apartment. Dogs must be 35 pounds or less, and be of a non-aggressive breed. Pet rent is $35.00 per month, with a $250 refundable deposit and $150 non-refundable deposit ($400 total).
