These items are new, never been used, and still with the factory protective packaging. All paper work and instructions for installation are included. This water heater tank is Rheem® "top of the line" and runs without any issues for long time.
Warranty registration card is available. Tank has never been registered at Rheem support center.

Everything is new, never used and "cosmetically" in “perfect” new condition. Specially the Water Heater Tank does not have any dents, marks, scratches or miss-handled indications.
The tank is sitting on a perfect-leveled surface on a controlled room with a dehumidifier next to it.
Everything has been properly stored on the basement in my own home.
All items are located at Waterman Avenue, University City, Missouri 63130. On the intersection of Big Bend Boulevard and Forest Park Boulevard
Why am I selling?
First) My old Rheem® water heater tank never broke! so I purchased this one just in case but i never used it.
Second) I need space on my basement
Special note: If you purchase this water heater tank, you need at least two strong people and a dolly to carry it out. Items will not be sold if you do not show up with people and a dolly to help you to carry out the tank.

I purchased two of these Rheem® Performance Platinum 50 Gallons water heater tanks. I have the second one on my other house. It works great and the Wi-Fi module make it ideal for monitoring the unit over your phone.
