The CURRENT RETAIL VALUE OF EVERYTHING in this package is well over $ 1,000 [ full details are below ].
Due to a recent death in the family I have a very, very substantial amount of very good quality embroidery thread and also a lot of trim, findings, and other secondary sewing supplies.
There is a rather famous, large embroidery goods outlet in Farmington, MO, where these thread spools were purchased. Below I have listed approximate quantities and sizes of the offering. There are so many spools that I may be ‘off’ just a few in my count, but suffice it to say, there are a LOT !
About 125 Madeira Rayon Viscose large spools of thread of many, many colors, grouped together by hue in sturdy, locking two-sides cases. The vividness and variety of colors is beautiful. The Farmington store told me that Rayon Viscose is the better quality of thread.
MOST OF THESE LARGER RAYON SPOOLS HAVE NEVER BEEN OPENED; the ones that have been opened are still very close to completely full.
In addition to the thread, there are nine [9] compartmented carrying/storage cases, each of which has a hold-close mechanism to prevent ‘spill’ accidents [ that would be a terrible mess ]. All of these rugged CASES ALONE THEMSELVES would cost well over $ 100 at retail.
. Four single-sided, deep-compartment cases for the many types of findings, trim, glitter, and other niceties and also a few sewing tools - last five photos.
This offer includes the values of the trim, findings, accessories, themselves shown in the cases which do not have threads in them. Additional retail value here - I have no idea but it’s likely to be considerable.
MY ASKING PRICE IS only $ 370 but IF YOU ARE SERIOUS, then MAKE A REASONABLE OFFER FOR THE WHOLE LOT.
Thank you for reading this long write-up but I pride myself on being informative and upfront with everything I sell on Craig’s List.
