These are ceramic, not plastic and are therefore very solid. Four of them have loops embedded in their top side during manufacturing, allowing you to hang them on a tree or wreath or garland while their “unlooped” [ that sounds weird, but it’s true ! ] have to sit or lay beneath the four, wishing they, too, could “fly”. To reverse a phrase, these two are “heels over heads” - look at the photo.
Perfect like-new condition. No imperfections.

Each is 2 ½ to 3” tall and wide.
