Antique Abraham Lincoln bookends are cast bronze, 6 inches high with a nice hefty weight, over 1 pound each. Well crafted and lifelike these are quite old, c. 100yrs (not the newer cheap remakes that are less detailed). Great gift for bibliophile or history buff. I was told these were made partly from melted down Lincoln pennies.
