Child of Mine (by Carter’s) Brookline Convertible 4-in-1 crib (Model 15370) that INCLUDES a Mattress, Sheets and Toddler Bed/Daybed Conversion kit. This is a beautiful, very stable sleigh crib that was used only on occasion. Crib is very easy to put together and has sturdy, wide legs. There are 4 mattress height settings. This crib converts to a toddler bed and daybed with a conversion kit which was previously purchased and is included in this set. Additionally, it converts to a full-size bed but the bed rails are not included here.

Original manual is included.
