I am looking for an experienced plumber near Belleville or Freeburg, IL. I have a new install in a 1 bedroom apartment in my building. I need 4" pvc waste pipe, pex water lines and spigot installed with no demo work needed. Can trade 1 week condo in Florida for the labor. ($3000 value)
