Overall good condition. Cover shows some wear including some corner edge wear, and paper split down the binding. The binding is, however, fully intact, as are all of the pages. There is a small amount of writing on the inside covers and first page. Slight age discoloration throughout. Pages are otherwise clean with no other writing, markings, or tears.
