Overall good condition. Cloth cover shows some signs of age including scuffing, light surface dirt, and corner/edge wear. Binding is tight and all pages are fully intact. There is writing on the inside covers, some smudging on the first couple of pages, and slight age discoloration throughout. Pages are otherwise clean with no other writing, markings, or tears.
