This is a 1967 River Queen houseboat with a steel hull. Up until recently my dad lived aboard full time for over 4 years. It had been restored and maintained by a professional marine mechanic. Unfortunately, when we had it hauled out to have one of the out-drives replaced the work did not get done in a timely manner and the boat sat on the hard for a few months. During that time it developed a split in the steel seam along the bow under the water line. The marina maintenance team did not notice this and put it back in the water. That night it took on water and was submerged about 3/4 of the way to the roof. It has since been hauled out and is again on the hard. It has 2 Chrysler V8 marine engines that may well be salvageable. And the steel hull alone is probably worth quite a bit. The first 6 pictures are of the boat before it sank. The last 3 are of it now on the hard, post-sinking.
I live out of state, so can't really manage it's removal. Therefore, I am offering it for this low price to anyone who is able to come haul it away. It weighs about 16,000 lbs and is 38 feet long. I am sure the marina would offer the use of their boat hoist crane to load it on a flatbed.
