Yakima Bighorn 4: 4 bike carrier. This carrier is used and in good shape. This carrier fits into the class I and II receiver. For class III and IV the carrier requires an adapter, not available from me and secures with the 7/8" bolt head provided bolt. To further secure it, a safety clip is needed. I have additional parts: straps and cradles. This carrier is rated for 4 bikes. The max weight limit is for 120lbs. I have found 3 regular sized bikes fit easily. It is not intended of E bikes, recumbent or tandem bikes. But it can be used for 6 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards. Other restrictions are listed. See attached.
This is a very reliable and easy to use carrier. However, the load arms do not fold down with out some disassembly, but the carrier can be lowered to accommodate a rear SUV access.
