Job description:
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and facilitate the maintenance and expansion of our existing clientele. Applicant should be knowledgeable in treatments for tree insects and disease problems. Individual must be comfortable interacting and communicating with customers and contractors, be able to articulate the different options for trimming and removal of trees.
Meets with clients and potential clients to access type of service, work proposals
Write up proposals
Verifies site conditions throughout project and documents critical site details.
Ensure that all needed equipment and other details are noted when estimating job.
Ensure proper staging area for equipment.
Verifies that necessary critical documents, local rules, and permits are complete, delivered and/or posted
Monitors and communicates changes in the scope of a project and opportunities for additional revenue or cost savings
Communicates work schedule to the Owner
Enforces company safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and quality standards
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities
Self-disciplined and self-motivated
Maintain multi-tasking skills to prioritize ever changing needs, demands
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
