Leadership Responsibilities

As Program Director, you will oversee operions and lead a team providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Oversee operions of up to four community-based IDD programs
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop program staff
• Ensure person-centered services th support independence and quality of life
• Manage budgets, safety standards, and regulory compliance
• Build relionships with families, stakeholders, and community partners
• Provide leadership support and occasional on-call coverage to maintain program stability

Qualificions

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ Human Services experience are preferred
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and required ste certificions
• Strong organizional and communicion skills
• Compassione leadership and a hands-on approach
