Jacques Levine footwear is Made in Spain, a country with a long traditon of excellence in working with leather of all sorts. People who buy one item from JL often buy it in multiple colors, as is the case hear.
The last photo in the series is the invoice/packing list from their purchase in May, 2024.
Current online pricing from reputable sources is $ 148. The asking PRICE I N THIS AD is only $ 36. They have NEVER been worn..
Apparently they are very comfotable and supportive. The decorative stitching detail is impeccable. The sueded leather soles limit any sort of slipping or sliding on smooth floors. The insole in the shoes is a very soft, smooth, comfortable-against-the-skin leather and the wall of the vamp of the shoes - the forepart covering the front of the foot - has stitched ribbing all around to promote better airflow to the covered part of the foot to allow better breathing by the skin there. Genius design !
The slogan of Jacques Levine is French, of course : pour votre domaine, which could mean simply ‘for your home’, or better, ‘for you at home’.
