A E Pollhans Tower Clock. Made at 1834 Hogan St, Saint Louis, Mo in about 1900. The clock keeps accurate time, strikes the quarter hours and strikes the Hours. Bells and a dial can be added to this clock by the buyer.
The clock is placed on a temporary dolly.
