Need someone who will give me a feel for some properties I bought (Villa Ridge)

About a year ago I bought two quarter-acre lots in the Wheel estate section of Villa Ridge. I did not pay very much for them. I am in Philadelphia and I am having trouble learning anything about the area. I tried the area Chamber of Commerce and they couldn't be bothered to even call me back. I tried a realty Facebook group, and my question never got posted. I would like to pay someone who is reasonably knowledgeable about the subject to go to the area and take a few pictures (no professional expertise of any sort required). Above all, I would like for them to fill me in on what the area is like in terms of real estate. Someone told me the two lots, which are only a block from each other, are in a mobile home part. I cannot get any information beyond that. If they are, I might be interested in renting them, but I have no idea what steps are involved. I think you get the idea of what I need. And is there a relevant online group I might join?
