Afternoon Receptionist and Office Clerk (Maryland Heights)

We are looking to add a part time office clerk in the afternoons to help where needed.

We are looking for someone who has an energetic personality, quick learner and is a great team player.

You must be proficient in Microsoft Programs-Word, Outlook and Excel - In Excel you MUST know formulas, and Adobe

You will have to answer phones and communicate with customers so good communication skills is a must.

In additional to receptionist this is a floater position, to help wherever or with whatever is needed. This includes helping in different departments making sales brochures, filing, typing letters, updating or importing client data and communicating with our vendors . You must be able to multitask on different projects as they arise.
