I've been losing weight recently, but I've slowed down due to life picking up, and me getting lazy. I'm looking for someone interested in doing meal prep for me. Once or twice a week, you would prepare a menu that I would send. I'd come pick up the food and drop off the cleaned containers from the previous week. In an ideal situation, you'd do the shopping as well (paid for food and for time), but I'm open to negotiation. The meals are essentially all keto. I don't need a nutritionist or anything for planning, I make my own plan. I just need someone who can follow recipes, recieve feedback, and stick to a schedule.
I greatly prefer a person in St Charles, ideally near Lindenwood. I'm quite flexible on timing. How long this lasts depends how it's going for each of us.
Current Meal Prep:
-1 Breakfast Casserole (egg, sausage, cheese, onion)
-8 Salads in Mason Jars (romaine, bibb, tomato, onion, jalepeno, sirloin, Gorgonzola)
-1 Bottle Keto Green Goddess dressing (herbs, mayo, sour cream, anchovy)
-8-10 servings of no bake snacks (sunflower butter, cocoa, swerve, walnuts)
