Up for sale from the world famous Redneck Stereo Salon is a beautiful looking and sounding Mitsubishi DA-P20 preamplifier.
If you know anything about us at all you know we work hard and long to provide our customers with quality equipment that is up to or exceeding the original manufactures specifications. We go to great lengths and sometimes great expense (especially on the older units) to get these units up to factory specs and perfect working condition.
After our units get serviced and cleaned they are double checked to make sure everything is in good working order before we box them up.

This unit is one of those pieces that reminds us that you don’t have to spend thousands on equipment to get good quality sound. This unit can easily hold its own with preamps that are manufactured today it possess a build quality, design and functions most modern preamps today just do not have. We had this preamp hooked up to several different systems and it sounded great on all of them so we are certain if you hook this to a decent quality system you are going to be very pleased for a long time to come.
Plus if you are one of those
unfortunate souls that has an equipment stand with a solid back on it which makes connecting interconnect wires as much fun as wrestling an Alligator you will love this preamp! All the connections (except the extra four AC plug-ins) are all on the side which make it way to easy to hook and unhook everything. You really do get spoiled using this preamp. She is a dandy!

Here are a few things that make this preamp special in its own way.

(1)It is completely built on dual mono paths from front to back. (You don’t get better channel separation than that)
(2)It has a dual mono volume control for the main volume.
(3)It has individual volume controls for each channel to achieve perfect balance no matter the source you are listening to.
(4)It has defeatable bass and treble controls for each channel.
(5)It has a surprisingly good phono section with two inputs. (MM/MC)
(6)It has two inputs (Aux/ Tuner)
(7)It has two tape player connections both with record, play and monitor selectors.

Here is what she looks like on paper:

Frequency response: 10Hz to 100kHz

Total harmonic distortion: 0.002%

Input sensitivity: 0.1mV (MC), 2.3mV (MM), 150mV (line)

Channel separation: 80dB (MM), 100dB (line)

Dimensions: 16 3/4"x 6 3/4"x 8"
