This is an Western Electric Noteworthy corded wall phone It was part of the "design line" phones. It has a touch tone (not rorary) dial. It is configured as a chalk board but can be configured as a cork board. It has a slot for storing the phone book (remember those?). It also has a user guide (which you will need to install it). It works great and is in great shape, color yellow. We went all cellular and no longer need it.
