Wh You Can Expect:

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts client site(s); acts to ensure th all post orders are followed, th established rounds are completed, and th required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situions.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as approprie; seeks advice from company management or designed representives as approprie; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.

• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordines.

   

• In conjunction with company management or designed representives ensures adeque coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordines to outline tasks and responsibilities.

• Meets with client representives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance th all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.

   

• Badging duties will be required.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older. 
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

• Above average computer / technology skills needed.

   

• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed. 
• Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situions. 
• Must have gre tention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. 
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use approprie escalion.
• All candides must be willing to participe in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigion. 
• Prior supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, or reled field preferred.
• Open availability preferred.
• Must be flexible and willing to work on short notice to cover call offs.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communicion skills.

• Valid drivers license required.
