Wh You’ll Do
As a Program Supervisor, you will lead a team th provides daily care and support to individuals with disabilities.
- Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members
- Ensure high-quality care and program operions
- Provide hands-on support when needed, including meal prep, medicion administrion, and personal care when needed
- Encourage independence and help individuals participe in community activities
- Model leadership, compassion, and teamwork for your staff
Wh We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in lieu of educion
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registrion, and insurance
- Strong communicion and organizional skills
- A compassione heart and a nural drive to lead by example
