I'm looking for a smart, honest, drug free person who wants to sell my items at Flea Markets and events. Hundreds of customers.
This is not a job. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated person who will do great when given an opportunity like this.
It's like Walmart or Best Buy giving you the keys to their merchandise and seeing how you do on your own.
It's very important to be self-aware and show by your ACTIONS that you are above average and can think like a boss and not a worker.
Being above average is following a plan 100%, writing notes, research, FOLLOWING THROUGH ON ALL YOUR TALK. Selling to friends and family immediately. Coming up with ideas while at home thinking, then calling or texting me what you think will help us make more sales.
We will never be selling in the same place except the first time. Very easy. Set up tables and sell. I need to know you will remember simple things like texting what was sold and for how much immediately after each sale.
Simple
You will be holding all the cash for the day and then sending my portion to me from your Cashapp or PayPal at the end of selling.
Would you trust a STRANGER with $1,000 worth of your stuff. NO. Me either
If you are self-aware and unselfish, you will understand more than just your side of this partnership. So WE need to figure out what collateral I can hold at the beginning when I give you a key to the merchandise.
I will have your back. Hopefully, you have my back. Not just about you.
Would you want to meet people with blank Facebook pages when most people have at least the basic information on their page. NO
If you haven't sold on Facebook marketplace like hundreds of millions of people, then this is not for you.
If you can't sell great items like drones, cordless tools, security cameras, bluetooth speakers, earbuds, toys, etc, then this is not for you.

First and last name just to look you up on Facebook. What area are you in? Car, suv, or truck? I prefer a suv, but if you stand out, a car will do. What ABOVE AVERAGE ATTRIBUTES DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE that let's me know you will be good at this?

I have to figure out who to pick based on your response. If you stand out, we can get started sooner rather than later.
You get 30% to 40% of each gross sale. If you understand business, that's more than I make in net profit with my overhead. If you're above average in most things, of course, u will make more than the average person.
The above average will also be posting and sending pictures to friends and family and making sales. Also posting on FB Marketplace and FB groups in your area.
Self-motivated. Doing simple research to be great. Google and YouTube videos

I have really good new electronics and vintage items. Look at the pictures. My stuff is easy to sell. An above average person will actually look at the items in the pictures individually.
I've had a couple of people sell for months. While also doing some organizing at my home during the week. They made good money. The last person had to go back to college as planned.
I can also use some administrative help. Research, helping me find more help, other random things.
I also buy storage units. Will want help with that too if you want.
I'm very busy. Have a lot going on, but I love to sell. I can't be in 5 places at once. A great business partner will help take my ventures to the next level.
