The Rack House located in Cottleville is an upscale casual restaurant with a scratch kitchen and one of the premier bourbon/whiskey lists in the metro area. We've been named in Whisky Advocate Magazine 3x as one of the top whiskey bars in the country.
We are looking for both a server and a bartender, or a combo of both, who is primarily available on Saturdays for brunch, dinner, or both, Sunday brunch shifts and possibly 1 or 2 additional shifts during the week depending on need.
We are not an entry level establishment, so we'll need a work history with references to set up an interview. Chef Daniel provides weekend features, and we generally run featured cocktails or flights every week, so we're looking for FOH staff who can paint a picture in the guest's mind of these creations and is comfortable working a 'smaller' section to provide higher end service. We dont turn and burn tables, as guests are here for the overall experience.
Looking for a team player. We run drinks and food for each other, and currently have little to no staff drama between FOH or even FOH to BOH. We are more successful as a team.
