Item description from the seller

This Case XX Hardware Store Display Large Cabinet With Drawers is a fantastic find for any collector of vintage mercantile items. The cabinet dates back to October 1982 and was made in the USA. It features multiple drawers that can be used to store a variety of items, making it a practical addition to any space. The cabinet is in great shape and has a beautiful patina that adds to its charm. This piece would make a great addition to any collection of vintage display cases or mercantile items. Its sturdy construction and timeless design make it a practical and attractive storage solution for any home or business. Don't miss out on this opportunity to own a piece of American history!

I had this for around 15 years and used it to display my lure paintings. I enjoyed it very much. I put the glass behind the display and secured it with styrofoam. Not real heavy but I think it weighs somewhere between 45 and 65 lbs. Sturdy but handle gently because of the glass. The drawers are big and there are plenty of them. You can change the dividers around to hold different types of objects. The compartment at the back top is open and deep so you can put lots of things there too, not counting the display at the front you can do pretty much anything you want to do with it. I did put a new sticker on the front and I think the gold set it off nicely. The old one was brittle and just fell apart. I also added the large round one on the front of the display. It goes well with the older ones that were added over the years.

I wrapped it in a foam wrap and taped it really well so the drawers will stay in place. It should be fine and not get any scratches in transport the way I have it wrapped. You could always throw an extra blanket on it.

It measures: 50" Tall 26" Wide 11" Deep at the top and 24" Deep at the bottom side. The opening at the back top is 24.5 inches Wide 11.25" Tall and 8.5 - 11.5" Deep. Drawers all are 4" Tall 24.5" Wide From 12" to 22"" Deep. There are 7 Drawers. I think all but the top one has locks but I never had a key, which should be easy to get. I am pretty sure it is made of Pine. Very pretty and in excellent condition.

Thanks for looking. I am sure who ever buys it will enjoy it as much as I did. I had it against a wall and didn't even use the drawers or the shelf back there. It will probably hold an entire knife collection with ease. Ken
