It has only been played on by adults, in excellent condition, it is located where can go right out the door, no stairs to navigate. Has accurate-fast cushions, has uniliner, and premium slate. Just can’t play anymore, so time for someone else to enjoy it. Would make great Christmas gift for the whole family or great addition to man cave. Buyer must disassemble, load, and haul.
