These mats put out a brief 3-second static pulse when a pet steps on them—won’t hurt, but they don’t like it and will learn to avoid the area if used appropriately.
I am unable to phone or text (no service), but I check my email regularly when I’m at home. Meeting location is in south Saint Louis city at my home near the intersection of Morganford and Humphrey.
