Cedar Chest Measures 41" long x 25" high x 19" wide. Style No. 527404, Serial No. 266180 Lane. One drawer. Great condition. The chest was manufactured August 16, 1926. It is about 100 years old. How to tell the date of manufacture is to take the last two numbers in the serial number, reversed tells the month. The middle two numbers reversed, tells the date, The first two numbers are left the same, telling the year. The price of the chest is worth between $300 to $400. Mine was appraised for $315. Where I got my information was from the computer. You can do the same if you are interested in how I got my information and price. It looks pretty good for 100 years old.
