Very comfortable burgundy leather seating group includes couch (~82"), loveseat (~60"), chair (~42") and ottoman (26"x26"). In good condition with a few areas of slight discoloration due to age - no tears or rips. Very well taken care of. This is top-grain leather - not cheap "bonded leather."

Buyer must be able to pick up in St. Peters, MO and bring your own help to carry upstairs from basement room. Seller cannot assist.
