This feeder from Droll Yankee is a new twist on tubular feeders. Previously they were very difficult to properly clean on the inside of tube without an easy access. But now a clever engineer has figured out how to make that task much easier and much more effective; cleaning the ring-pull requires no tools.
The feeder is constructed of tough, UV-stabilized polycarbonate and high-quality metal components. It hangs on a stainless steel hoop wire and its bottom is sized to mount directly on a pole.
DIMENSIONS : the tube is 2 ½ “ wide and 13” tall.

It is offered online for prices in the 'upper $ 40s to the lower $ 50s'. My never-used feeder is half of the average online price.
