100% local, angus, organically grass raised and finished beef. Delivered to and Processed by a local processor (I usually use Brewers in Cadet) but others possible based on availability or customer preference. Cut per customer specifications.
Asking $5 per pound hanging weight, far less than grocery store prices, and buyer pays processing directly.
It’s a great deal for buyer and seller by cutting out all the middlemen in the process.
Will sell by half or quarter if I can match you with another buyer.
What to expect: beef hanging weight from 600-800#, processing cost ~$1-1.25 per pound hanging weight based on customer requirements on custom processing. Delivery to processor early to mid July for greatest quality, pickup from processing late July.
