Gemini is a Pinto mare wo was returned to Longmeadow due to no fault of her own. This sweet girl is a people pleaser who genuinely wants to do a good job for her handler, though she tends to be on the nervous side and often looks to her rider for confidence. Gemini has a smooth gait and would be well-suited for an intermediate rider if they send her to a professional trainer for a 60-day refresher course, or an advanced intermediate rider with training experience if they prefer to do it themselves.

Gemini is willing and relaxed, though she still needed a refresher. Our trainers put her through a two-week refresher program, after which she was able to comfortably ride at a walk and gait in our indoor arena. While she may need a bit more time to be ready for trail riding, she progressed quickly through our training, and we don't anticipate it will take much more.

She stands well for the farrier and the vet and would make a great horse for an adopter with a love for the gaited gals! Height: 15hh
