***** ALL OF OUR COOKING WOOD is cut with a 44" carbide tipped circle saw and hydraulically split. NO CHAIN SAW OIL is used during our process. Think about it. I don't want chain saw oil vapors flavoring my rack of ribs. Why would I sell it to my customers??? A person might as well just hang a brisket on an exhaust pipe for half an hour... :P

Walnut (strong flavor good for venison)
Sassafras- some people like it, some people don’t.

Ash- favorite wood of the pioneers for steady flame and consistent heat

You are welcome to fill your own bags too so you get exactly what you want.
