Float Therapy is sensory deprivation therapy, where a person “floats” on their back, in a private tank filled with a concentration of water and Epsom salt.The salt concentrate maintains between 93.5 and 94.5 degrees Fahrenheit, to help the body quickly relax and rest effortlessly. As you begin to de-stress, your body and brain go into healing mode releasing dopamine and endorphins it needs to recover. It is a very soothing experience!
