Hello my name is James. 48 yr old Male in search of an apartment or clean home. I have 20 years of rental history (you always get the rent). I am on a fixed income and an accountant in the family handles rent and requirements with electric, water, sewer, phone and etc. I have had a problem with a credit bureau. Experion will not seem to unfreeze it. Third party management companies are all I have have been able to see. They all say there is a block on my credit. I can show 2 others but a management company is too hard. Most are out of town. Long story short means if you have a place for rent that will be treated the same way if I owned it, cont me!!!!
