🏡 Seeking 3+ Bedroom Home or Townhouse for Rent (Before December) 🏡
Hello,
My family and I are currently searching for a 3-bedroom or larger home or townhouse to rent, ideally at $1,800 per month or less. We are hoping to move before December.
A bit about us:
I am a substitute teacher, and my partner is a personal trainer. I have recently accepted a secondary substitute teaching position, which increases our combined monthly income to approximately $5,400.
I want to be transparent — I do have an eviction from two years ago. It occurred during a summer when my income was significantly reduced due to the nature of substitute teaching. Since then, we’ve made steady financial progress and are now in a strong position to maintain stable housing and consistent rent payments.
We are a family of five with three children and dogs, looking for a safe and comfortable home to settle into long-term. We would also be open to a rent-to-own opportunity if available.
