Hi! I’m looking for a 1 bedroom house or apartment in southwest St Louis city. I’m on disability so I have stable income, I have a part time job, and a 700 credit score. The problem I’m having is lack of fund for a deposit. If I can find someone to work with me, I’d be more than happy to sign a 2 year lease.
I don’t have much of a wish list obviously, but main floor laundry would help me a lot. I’m on disability for arthritis so steps can be painful on certain days. I do have a small, very well trained and behaved 40lb dog so at least a small yard is necessary.
In closing, I am responsible, respectful and I take pride in wherever I live. I do not have much of a rental history because I’ve been staying with friends and family during my disability process. It’s took 4.5 years! Needless to say the savings I had built up is long gone.
