A little about me:
I’m in my mid 30’s, I’m professionally employed as a manager for a fine jewelry establishment in the St. Louis area and maintain a stable, reliable income. I’m highly tech-savvy, creative-minded, organized, and respectful of the spaces I occupy. I’m not your typical renter — I live quietly, keep to myself for the most part, and genuinely value peace, cleanliness, and good energy within a home.
I would entertain bartering a portion of rent for my consultative/graphic design/creative services.
I do not drink, or smoke. No pets. No children. No drama. And I’m extremely mindful of other people’s property and believe communication and mutual respect matter.
Outside of work, I spend much of my time focused on creative projects, technology, photography, music, business development, and personal growth. I’m the type of person who appreciates a quiet evening far more than chaos or noise.
What I’m looking for:
• Furnished or semi-furnished preferred
• Private room, studio, basement, guest house, loft, or unique space. Prefer private entry, and private bath, but not required.
• Clean, calm environment
• Stable internet strongly preferred
• Flexible on lease length for the right fit
