Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic facilities team. Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
Troubleshoot electrical issues utilizing tools such as ohmmeters and interpret schematics to identify faults accurately.
Conduct welding repairs and mechanical adjustments to maintain equipment integrity.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC repairs, carpentry, and residential painting projects.
Supervise or assist with small team projects, demonstrating leadership skills in coordinating tasks efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during all maintenance activities.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
Experience
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field within manufacturing or residential environments.
Strong electrical experience including wiring, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, plumbing, HVAC systems, or general repairs.
Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to coordinate maintenance teams or projects.
