Location: Fenton, MO | Shift: Day | Type: Part-time
We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and general organization of inventory. This role is hands-on and safety-focused, with an emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and consistent productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and put away incoming shipments; verify counts and check for visible damage.
Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately according to customer orders.
Label boxes/pallets, prepare shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
Operate warehouse equipment as assigned (e.g., pallet jack, cart).
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
Follow written procedures for quality, handling, and documentation; escalate issues to a supervisor or manager.
Support other warehouse tasks as needed to meet daily picking, packing, shipping and receiving goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
Prior warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to follow safety rules and standard operating procedures consistently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with productivity and accuracy expectations.
Basic math skills.
Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to [50] lbs. with reasonable accommodation.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, grasping).
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, heat in the winter, no A/C in the warmer months.
Pay: $ 18/hour | Start date: ASAP
