We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for our community north of O’Fallon. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who takes pride in their work and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks.
What You’ll Do:
Light electrical, plumbing repairs & general building maintenance.
Painting, minor drywall, and basic carpentry
Mow, trim, and handle general grounds upkeep
Snow plowing
We do a little bit of everything here—no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic maintenance experience (training provided for the right person)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently
Willingness to learn and take initiative
A good sense of humor and a positive attitude are appreciated—this is a hands-on job and we work closely as a team.
Pay & Benefits:
$19.50–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
