Hi - my basement leaks - it's coming over the top of the basement wall, which is 2' above ground. They told me that it's the brickwork, and that I need to seal it. I did this with Thompson Water seal, but I'm still getting leaks, so I think it's brickwork on all the walls that needs to be looked at, as well as sealing the window edges better.
Secondly, I need some tuckpointing/brick work done to my chimney.
Need separate quotes for each part. No rush - could be done anytime. Please respond with your experience. Ad will go down when this job is done.
