Construction, handyman, maintenance, or property inspection experience preferred
Typical inspections include:
Vacant and occupied rental homes
Turnover/make-ready inspections
Maintenance repair inspections
Exterior, interior, basement, garage, and yard conditions
Photos and measurements of visible damage
1099 contractor position. Paid per completed inspection. Work volume varies.
