Local Sign Installation Helper Needed in Union, MO (Union)

This is a local job, not a travel position. The project is expected to take 2 to 3 days.
I mainly need someone who can help with the physical install side of the work. This includes helping hold signs in place, tension banners, measure and level placement, use basic tools, work from ladders or a lift, and help get the signage mounted cleanly on the building.
Work may include:
Helping lift and hold signs in position
Helping tension and secure banners
Measuring and leveling sign placement
Using drills, anchors, fasteners, and hand tools
Working safely from ladders or a lift
Basic cleanup and close-out photos
Experience preferred:
Construction helper experience
Sign installation experience
Exterior building work
Ladder or lift experience
Basic hand tool experience
Ability to follow measurements and keep work straight and clean
Electrical experience is a plus, but not required. I can handle the wiring if needed. I mainly need someone reliable who can help with holding, positioning, tensioning, fastening, and mounting the signs.
Must be local, reliable, physically able to work outside, comfortable with heights, and able to follow directions.
Pay is $200–$300 per day depending on experience. Higher pay is available for someone who has real sign installation, lift, ladder, drilling, fastening, or exterior construction experience.
